Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All digital products sold by Meta Neo are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded where you have given prior consent.

Exceptions

• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
• You did not receive access to the product within 24 hours of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
• The product delivered was materially different from what was described
